We encourage all inspirational photos and research when initially meeting with your designer.
Meet with one of our certified kitchen designers, who will work with you to understand your needs and how best to layout your kitchen. Consultations are either held in our showroom or in-home. Your designer will present both quote and design during this 1–2 hour process.
Our detailed quoting system ensures you are given the best price upfront, which can include an estimate of trades to help guide you with budget. We offer endless inspiration through a range of displays, styles and colour choice at our showroom – all of which represent different price points that your designer will walk you through.
When moving forward with Imperial Kitchens, we will schedule a site check measure to double check the sizes of all walls. Appliance specifications are to be supplied to the designer at this stage.
Your designer will invite you to a final colour meeting where we detail all the finishes, adjust any minor changes and prepare a contract for you to sign.
If we are also managing the trades for you, a trade schedule will be organised and booked on your approval. All the dates will be advised upfront so you can plan ahead.
Our qualified cabinetmakers will then assemble the cabinets. We lay each kitchen out in our factory and you are welcome to inspect your kitchen prior to delivery to make sure you are happy with every detail.
All of our kitchens are delivered fully assembled, giving you an option of self installation or having one of our highly experienced installers take the stress away.
