Our free consultation (by appointment) usually lasts 1 - 2 hours and can be at our dedicated showroom in Geelong or in your own home. Both have their benefits, in your home, we can see your existing kitchen, bathroom or laundry room but at our showroom, you can see existing demonstration kitchens and a multitude of samples (some we can bring to your home).
This is a no-obligation service. The purpose is to allow us to learn what you want, your budget and your timelines, then we can start to demonstrate exactly how Imperial Kitchens can achieve that for you.
Proceeding with us will merely continue the design process which will involve working alongside us at designing your own unique kitchen, bathroom or laundry. We will start to refine your design or designs and get closer to a final brief. We will survey your kitchen precisely during this time then once that final design is approved we will begin our unique process ending up installing your dream kitchen, bathroom or laundry.
Yes, absolutely. After your initial consultation, the quoting process can take quite some time depending on your requirements. All of this is considered part of the overall customer service and there is no extra or separate charge for this service
